This is not a soft pillow. It is solid - and even after many years of use it keeps its shape - because the dense felting makes it extremely stable - even the colors are stable. 
Use it as a backrest and decoration in the sofa. Use it too sit on e.g. on the floor, in the window sill and as a meditation pillow.
