Shipping
There is free delivery in Denmark and free in the EU for purchases over 1500 kr. For the rest of the world, shipping will be added.

Discounts :-)
10% discount for purchases over 5000 DKK. (discount code: 10%)
20% discount for purchases over9000 DKK (discount code: 20%)

Delivery
Your order will be sent within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted by e-mail about any delivery delays.

Not shipping to your country?
Send an email to info@zigzign.com, telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time, providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order, email info@zigzign.com, quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been dispatched, please follow the returns policy as detailed below.

Returns
According to Danish law, you have 14 days to return an order form the day you receive it – so for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase (or part of it), simply send the goods to: Zigzign by Lene Frantzen and Arthur Tudsborg, Skamlingvejen 132, 6093 Sjølund. Denmark together with a copy of your receipt. We will reimburse you excluding delivery cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the returned goods are received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you. Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).

Damaged Goods
When you shop at Zigzign you have a 24-month warranty. We will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shipping or that are defective due to manufacturing. We will not cover damages due to daily use or normal wear and tear.

Privacy policy
When you shop on Zigzign we need the following information:

• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information registered with Zigzign is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Cookies
Zigzign uses cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. You can always delete cookies from your computer.

Log statistics
We use a log statistics at Zigzign which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where, etc.. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimizing Zigzign.
